Withdrawal and refunds
Version 1.0.0 · Effective 2026-08-01 · Last updated 2026-07-25
This document explains your right to withdraw from a purchase, when that right ends, and how refunds work. It applies to Consumers — natural persons buying for purposes not connected with a trade or profession — and to sole traders buying something of a non-professional character, under Article 385(5) of the Civil Code. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. The 14-day right
Under Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason and without cost, except as described in section 3.
The period runs from the day the contract was concluded, which for us is the day your payment is confirmed.
2. How to withdraw
Send us an unequivocal statement before the 14 days expire. Sending it on the last day is enough — it does not have to reach us by then.
- Email: hello@cramdeck.com, subject "Withdrawal"
- Post: JMS Sieracki sp. z o.o., ul. ks. Pawła Pośpiecha 3A/7, 41-800 Zabrze, Poland
You may use the model form in section 6, but you do not have to. Any clear statement will do. We confirm receipt by email without delay.
3. When the right ends early
Everything we sell is digital content or a digital service supplied without a tangible medium. For that kind of purchase, Article 38(1)(13) of the Act on Consumer Rights removes the right of withdrawal once performance has begun — but only if all four of the following are true:
- you gave prior express consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires,
- you were informed that giving that consent means losing the right of withdrawal,
- you acknowledged that,
- we gave you confirmation of the concluded contract on a durable medium.
We ask for points 1 and 3 with two separate checkboxes at checkout, neither of them ticked in advance. For
point 4, a confirmation of the contract — including both declarations, exactly as they were shown to you — is
available to download from your account as soon as the payment is recorded, at
/api/me/purchases/{payment id}/confirmation. Stripe additionally sends its own payment receipt.
If you do not tick both boxes, the purchase does not go through, because access to everything we sell is granted immediately. Write to hello@cramdeck.com and we will arrange a start after the 14 days instead; in that case your right of withdrawal stays intact for the whole period.
For the Regular subscription, where you asked us to start immediately and then withdraw within the 14 days, you pay a proportionate amount for the part of the period actually provided, and we refund the rest.
For AI credit packs and individually purchased Decks, ticking both boxes means the content is available at once and the right of withdrawal is lost from that moment.
4. Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same means of payment you used, through Stripe. You pay no fee for the refund. Depending on your bank, the money may take a few more days to appear.
Refunds we make outside the withdrawal right:
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| We fail to supply digital content that conforms to the contract, and do not fix it after your request | Price reduction or withdrawal under Articles 43h–43q of the Act on Consumer Rights |
| We withdraw a purchased Deck for legal reasons | Proportionate refund |
| Duplicate or erroneous charge | Full refund on notification |
| Change of mind after the withdrawal right has lawfully ended | No refund is owed, though we may make one as a gesture |
When Stripe tells us that a payment was refunded, we reverse the corresponding entitlement: credits are removed from your balance, a purchased Deck stops being available, and a subscription ends.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, Stripe notifies us and we suspend the entitlement while the dispute runs. Please write to us first — it is faster, and a chargeback does not resolve a conformity complaint.
5. Complaints
The right of withdrawal is separate from a complaint about something not working. For that, see section 12 of the Terms of Service. We answer complaints within 14 days, and if we do not answer a Consumer's complaint in time it is deemed accepted.
6. Model withdrawal form
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
